At The Ele Life, each item is custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand process, ensuring sustainability and reducing waste. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

However, we believe in the power of spreading positivity and kindness. If your purchase doesn't quite fit or meet your expectations, consider sharing the love by passing it on to a friend or family member who might cherish it.

Alternatively, you can donate it to a local charity, spreading joy and making a positive impact in someone else's life.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please email us at theelelife@gmail.com within one week of receiving your product, including proof such as pictures or videos of the damage. We want to ensure that you have a positive experience with The Ele Life.
